Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley lemon wedges
  • Suggested Pairings: Sparkling water roasted vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry; pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Mix seasonings; taste and adjust; brush chicken with oil, rub with seasoning.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Air fry chicken 8–12 min, flipping halfway, until 165°F internally.
  • Rest 5 min; serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, lemon, water, and vegetables.

Notes

  • Pound chicken for even cooking.
  • Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
  • Try a spicy or Parmesan variation.
