- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- Optional: Parsley lemon
- Suggested Pairings: Veggies potatoes
- Pat thighs dry. 
- Mix seasonings; rub with oil and coat. 
- Place the skin-up in the air fryer. 
- Cook at 400°F 18–22 min, flip halfway. 
- Rest 5 min. 
- Serve on a white ceramic platter. 
- Don’t overcrowd the basket.
- Store in fridge 4 days or freeze 3 months.
