Buffalo Sauce:

hot sauce

unsalted butter
melted

Instructions
Toss wings with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until 165°F.
Mix hot sauce, butter, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Toss wings in sauce.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, celery, ranch, and beer.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze uncooked for 2 months.
Try garlic Parmesan or vegan variations.
Pair with carrots.
