Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Wings:
  • 2 lbs chicken wings 20 wings, split
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Buffalo Sauce:
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Optional: Parsley ranch dressing
  • Suggested Pairings: Celery beer

Instructions
 

  • Toss wings with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until 165°F.
  • Mix hot sauce, butter, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • Toss wings in sauce.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, celery, ranch, and beer.

Notes

  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
  • Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze uncooked for 2 months.
  • Try garlic Parmesan or vegan variations.
  • Pair with carrots.
