Air Fryer Cod Recipe: Crispy, Tender, Foolproof Fish

Best air fryer cod—crispy panko-Parmesan coating, tender flaky fish in 15 minutes. Healthier than fried, better than baked!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets 6–8 oz each
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Pat cod dry.
  • Bread: flour → egg → panko mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Spray basket + fish with oil.
  • Air fry 8–12 min, flip halfway.
  • Serve with lemon.

Notes

• Dry fish = crisp coating
• Parmesan = extra golden
• Reheats perfectly
