cod fillets
6–8 oz each

cup
flour
2
eggs
beaten
1
cup
panko breadcrumbs
½
cup
grated Parmesan
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
paprika
Salt & pepper
Oil spray
Instructions
Pat cod dry.
Bread: flour → egg → panko mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Spray basket + fish with oil.
Air fry 8–12 min, flip halfway.
Serve with lemon.
Notes
• Dry fish = crisp coating
• Parmesan = extra golden
• Reheats perfectly
