kosher salt

black pepper

garlic powder

dried thyme or rosemary

unsalted butter
melted
Optional: Fresh parsley or thyme

Instructions
Pat steaks dry; rest at room temperature for 20–30 min.
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme; rub steaks with oil and seasoning. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Cook steaks 8–12 min, flipping halfway (check for 130–135°F for medium-rare).
Brush with butter; rest 5 min.
Serve on a white ceramic plate with parsley, potatoes, and wine.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try bacon-wrapped or spicy variation.
