Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh okra cut into rounds
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: Parsley paprika
  • Suggested Pairings: Ranch sweet tea

Instructions
 

  • Slice okra into 1/2-inch rounds; dry well.
  • Set up flour, egg-buttermilk, and cornmeal mix stations.
  • Coat okra: flour, egg, then cornmeal.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F; spray basket.
  • Air fry okra 10-12 min, shaking halfway; spray lightly.
  • Serve in a basket with parsley, ranch, and sweet tea.
