Instructions
Slice okra into 1/2-inch rounds; dry well.
Set up flour, egg-buttermilk, and cornmeal mix stations.
Coat okra: flour, egg, then cornmeal.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F; spray basket.
Air fry okra 10-12 min, shaking halfway; spray lightly.
Serve in a basket with parsley, ranch, and sweet tea.
Notes
Use fresh okra for the best texture.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days, and reheat in an air fryer.
