Instructions
Pat fillets dry; brush with olive oil.
Mix spices; taste and adjust the seasoning. Sprinkle over fillets.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F; cook fillets 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Check internal temp (137°F).
Serve on a white ceramic plate with parsley, lemon, vegetables, and wine.
