Ingredients
  

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley lemon slices
  • Suggested Pairings: Vegetables white wine

Instructions
 

  • Pat fillets dry; brush with olive oil.
  • Mix spices; taste and adjust the seasoning. Sprinkle over fillets.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F; cook fillets 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Check internal temp (137°F).
  • Serve on a white ceramic plate with parsley, lemon, vegetables, and wine.

  • Pat the fish dry for crispiness.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 days or freeze raw for 1 month.
  • Try blackened or lemon-herb variations.
