Air Fryer Potato Wedges Recipe: Crispy and Golden Perfection

- 2 large russet potatoes about 1.5 lbs, cut into 8 wedges each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
- Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan or 1 tsp dried herbs
- Optional: Ketchup ranch, or garlic aioli
Wash and cut potatoes into 8 wedges each; pat dry.
Toss wedges with oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne or herbs.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Air fry wedges in a single layer at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, or aioli.
