Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until tender; drain.
Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary; taste and adjust the seasoning.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Smash potatoes to 1/2-inch thick.
Brush with oil mixture and butter; air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, sour cream, and tea.
Notes
Smash gently for the best texture.
Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
