Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia fillets 4–6 oz each
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: Fresh parsley lemon wedges
  • Suggested Pairings: White wine steamed vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Set up bowls with flour, beaten egg, and panko mixed with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust.
  • Pat fillets dry; dredge in flour, egg, then panko mixture.
  • Spray air fryer basket; place fillets, brush with oil; air fry 8–10 min, flipping halfway.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, lemon, wine, and vegetables.

Notes

  • Pat fillets dry for crisp coating.
  • Store in fridge for 2 days or freeze for 1 month.
  • Try a gluten-free or spicy variation.
  • Pair with tartar sauce.
