panko breadcrumbs

garlic powder

paprika

dried oregano

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Set up bowls with flour, beaten egg, and panko mixed with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust.
Pat fillets dry; dredge in flour, egg, then panko mixture.
Spray air fryer basket; place fillets, brush with oil; air fry 8–10 min, flipping halfway.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, lemon, wine, and vegetables.
Notes
Pat fillets dry for crisp coating.
Store in fridge for 2 days or freeze for 1 month.
Try a gluten-free or spicy variation.
Pair with tartar sauce.
