Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley extra Parmesan
  • Suggested Pairings: Sparkling water crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F; grease a 1-quart white ceramic baking dish.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne; fold in artichokes; taste and adjust.
  • Transfer to a baking dish; top with 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  • Bake 20–25 min until bubbly and golden.
  • Serve warm in the dish with parsley.

Notes

  • Drain artichokes to avoid excess moisture.
  • Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze unbaked for 2 months.
  • Try a vegan or spicy variation.
  • Pair with a sliced baguette.
