Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp lime juice optional
  • Optional: Avocado slice chia seeds, lime wedge
  • Suggested Pairings: Herbal tea granola

Instructions
 

  • Peel and pit the avocado; peel the banana.
  • Blend avocado, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, ice, and lime juice; taste and adjust.
  • Adjust consistency with milk or ice.
  • Pour into a clear glass or white ceramic cup; garnish with chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
