Baked Brie Recipe: Warm and Gooey

- 1 8 oz wheel of Brie cheese
- Optional: 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp dried cranberries, 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- Optional: Fresh rosemary honey
- Suggested Pairings: Crackers white wine
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Brie in an oven-safe dish.
Score top; add optional toppings (honey, nuts, cranberries, rosemary). Taste and adjust the topping flavor.
Bake for 8–12 minutes until soft.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with rosemary, crackers, and wine.
