Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne; taste and adjust.
Pat thighs dry; coat with oil and seasoning.
Bake skin-side up for 35–40 min until 165°F.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley.
Notes
Pat the chicken dry for crispy skin.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
Try keto or honey garlic variation.
Pair with mashed potatoes.
