baking powder

kosher salt

black pepper

tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder

tsp
smoked paprika
Sauce of choice
Instructions
Pat's wings are very dry.
Toss with baking powder + spices.
Optional: refrigerate uncovered 8–24 hrs.
Bake at 425°F on a wire rack for 40–50 min, flip halfway.
Toss in sauce or serve dry.
