Crispy oven-baked chicken wings with perfect seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Sauce of choice

Instructions
 

  • Pat's wings are very dry.
  • Toss with baking powder + spices.
  • Optional: refrigerate uncovered 8–24 hrs.
  • Bake at 425°F on a wire rack for 40–50 min, flip halfway.
  • Toss in sauce or serve dry.
