Chilean sea bass fillets

tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
butter
melted
3
cloves
garlic
minced
Lemon zest + juice
Paprika
thyme, salt, pepper
Instructions
Pat fillets dry.
Mix oil, butter, garlic, lemon, and spices.
Brush over fish.
Bake at 400°F 12–18 min until 135–140°F.
Rest 5 min.
Serve with lemon.
