Juicy baked Chilean sea bass with lemon-garlic butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chilean sea bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Lemon zest + juice
  • Paprika thyme, salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat fillets dry.
  • Mix oil, butter, garlic, lemon, and spices.
  • Brush over fish.
  • Bake at 400°F 12–18 min until 135–140°F.
  • Rest 5 min.
  • Serve with lemon.

Notes

• Don’t overcook—pull at 135°F
• Panko topping optional
