Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
Cut lobster shells; lift meat onto shells.
Whisk butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Taste and adjust the butter sauce.
Brush lobster with sauce; bake 10–12 minutes until 140°F.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley or asparagus.
Notes
Thaw lobster tails overnight.
Store in the fridge for 2 days or freeze for 1 month.
