Ingredients
  

  • 4 lobster tails 6–8 oz each
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dried
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley lemon wedges
  • Suggested Pairings: White wine sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Cut lobster shells; lift meat onto shells.
  • Whisk butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Taste and adjust the butter sauce.
  • Brush lobster with sauce; bake 10–12 minutes until 140°F.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley or asparagus.

Notes

  • Thaw lobster tails overnight.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 days or freeze for 1 month.
  • Try a spicy or dairy-free variation.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes.
