lemon juice

oregano

salt

fresh dill
Parchment or cooking spray

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet.
Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, oregano, salt, pepper, and dill.
Pat the salmon dry; brush with the seasoning mix.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky (145°F).
Garnish with dill and lemon; serve with asparagus and wine.
Notes
Use fresh salmon.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
