Instructions
Cook spaghetti al dente; drain.
Cook beef, onion; add garlic, spices, tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Toss spaghetti with sauce, ricotta (if using).
In a greased white ceramic dish, layer half spaghetti, half cheeses, repeat. Bake at 375°F 20–25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley; serve with garlic bread, wine.
Notes
Cook pasta al dente to avoid mushiness.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try gluten-free or vegan variations.
