Baked Sweet Potato Recipe: Tender and Naturally Sweet

- 4 medium sweet potatoes 8–10 oz each
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter optional
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper optional
- Optional: Butter cinnamon, chives, parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F; wash and prick sweet potatoes.
Rub with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper; place on a baking sheet.
Bake 45–60 min until tender.
