- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Optional: Fresh basil or thyme sprig

Whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
