Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: Powdered sugar berries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F; line a 9-inch springform with parchment.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, cream, and vanilla; sift in flour and salt; taste and adjust.
  • Pour into pan; bake 50–60 min until dark on top.
  • Cool 2 hrs; chill 4+ hrs.
  • Serve on a white ceramic stand with berries.
