Stir-Fry Sauce:

soy sauce

oyster sauce

tbsp
hoisin sauce

tbsp
rice vinegar
1
tbsp
brown sugar

sesame oil

tsp
cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Optional: Sesame seeds

Instructions
Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch for 10–15 minutes.
Whisk sauce ingredients; taste and adjust.
Cook beef in 1 tbsp oil 1–2 min per side; remove.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables in 1 tbsp oil for 3–4 min.
Add beef, sauce; toss 1–2 min until thickened.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with sesame seeds, onions, tea, and rice.
Notes
Slice beef thinly for tenderness.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try a gluten-free or spicy variation.
Pair with noodles.
