Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan; whisk in flour for 1–2 min.
Slowly add beer, then milk, whisking until thickened.
Stir in cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with chives.
Notes
