Ingredients
  

  • Meatloaf:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup buttery crackers crushed
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Glaze:
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Topping:
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven and prepare pan.
  • Finely chop onion and pepper.
  • Crush crackers into crumbs.
  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients gently.
  • Shape mixture into loaf.
  • Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
  • Spread half the glaze on top.
  • Bake, then add remaining glaze and finish baking.
  • Let meatloaf rest before slicing.
  • Serve warm.
