Ingredients
Meatloaf:

pounds
ground beef
1
cup
buttery crackers
crushed
1
small onion
chopped
½
green bell pepper
chopped
2
large eggs
½
cup
milk
1
tsp
salt
½
tsp
black pepper
1
tsp
garlic powder
Glaze:
½
cup
ketchup
2
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tbsp
mustard
Topping:
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare pan.
Finely chop onion and pepper.
Crush crackers into crumbs.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients gently.
Shape mixture into loaf.
Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
Spread half the glaze on top.
Bake, then add remaining glaze and finish baking.
Let meatloaf rest before slicing.
Serve warm.
