Instructions
Preheat oven and grease pan.
Chop jalapeños and prepare mix-ins.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
Fold in cheese, corn, and vegetables.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Add toppings if desired.
Bake until golden and set.
