Ingredients
Crust:

graham cracker crumbs

granulated sugar

unsalted butter
Filling:
24

cream cheese

granulated sugar
3
large eggs
1
cup
sour cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tbsp
lemon juice
Topping
Optional:
Fresh berries
Fruit sauce
Whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare springform pan.
Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
Bake crust and let cool.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon.
Pour filling and place in water bath.
Bake until edges set and center slightly jiggly.
Cool gradually and chill before serving.
