Noodles:

wide rice noodles
Protein:
1
pound
chicken
beef, shrimp, or tofu
Vegetables:

cups
Chinese broccoli

cloves
garlic
Sauce:

tbsp
dark soy sauce

tbsp
light soy sauce

tbsp
oyster sauce
1
tbsp
sugar
1
tsp
vinegar
Cooking:

tbsp
oil
2
large eggs
Topping
Optional:
Lime wedges
Chili flakes
Instructions
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Mix sauce ingredients until combined.
Slice protein and chop vegetables.
Heat wok over high heat.
Cook protein until browned and set aside.
Cook garlic and vegetables briefly.
Scramble eggs in wok.
Add noodles and sauce and toss gently.
Return protein and cook until lightly charred.
Serve hot with toppings.

Use high heat
Do not overcook noodles
