Ingredients
  

  • Panna Cotta:
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp gelatin
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • Topping:
  • Fresh berries
  • Berry or caramel sauce
  • Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Bloom gelatin in cold water.
  • Heat cream, milk, and sugar gently.
  • Add vanilla to cream mixture.
  • Remove mixture from heat.
  • Whisk in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  • Strain mixture for smooth texture.
  • Pour into ramekins or glasses.
  • Chill until fully set.
  • Unmold carefully if desired.
  • Serve chilled with toppings.

Notes

Do not boil cream
Bloom gelatin properly
Chill thoroughly
Add toppings before serving
