Ingredients
Panna Cotta:
2
cups
heavy cream
1
cup
whole milk
⅓
cup
granulated sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2¼
tsp
gelatin
3
tbsp
cold water
Topping:
Fresh berries
Berry or caramel sauce
Mint leaves
Instructions
Bloom gelatin in cold water.
Heat cream, milk, and sugar gently.
Add vanilla to cream mixture.
Remove mixture from heat.
Whisk in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
Strain mixture for smooth texture.
Pour into ramekins or glasses.
Chill until fully set.
Unmold carefully if desired.
Serve chilled with toppings.
Notes
Do not boil cream
Bloom gelatin properly
Chill thoroughly
Add toppings before serving
