Blueberry Banana Bread Recipe: Moist and Bursting

- 3 very ripe bananas
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg + 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup blueberries tossed in flour
Mash bananas; mix with butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in the baking soda, salt, and flour, just until combined.
Fold in flour-tossed blueberries.
Pour into a greased 9×5 pan.
Bake at 350°F 55–70 min.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan; finish on a rack.
