Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • tsp baking powder
  • tsp kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional
  • Optional: Whipped cream powdered sugar
  • Suggested Pairings: Coffee fresh berries

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; taste and adjust.
  • Stir in milk, oil, vanilla, and chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Microwave 60–90 sec until set but gooey.
  • Cool 1–2 min.
  • Serve in a white ceramic mug with whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use an 8-oz mug to prevent overflow.
  • Best served immediately; refrigerate leftovers for 1 day.
  • Try a vegan or peanut butter variation.
