semi-sweet chocolate chips

coconut oil
Optional: Sea salt

Instructions
Beat peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt; add sugar gradually.
Roll into 1-inch balls; freeze for 20–30 minutes with toothpicks.
Melt chocolate with oil; dip balls, leaving a circle exposed.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
Serve on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Use conventional peanut butter.
Store in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
Try a dark chocolate or crunchy variation.
Pair with hot cocoa.
