Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo hot sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Green onions
  • Suggested Pairings: chips water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch; fold in chicken, 1/2 cup cheddar, and mozzarella.
  • Spread in 8x8-inch dish; top with 1 cup cheddar.
  • Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
  • Garnish with green onions; serve hot with chips, celery, and water.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
  • Store in fridge up to 3 days, freeze unbaked 2 months.
