Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup hot sauce e.g., Frank’s RedHot
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: Fresh parsley extra hot sauce
  • Suggested Pairings: Blue cheese dressing chicken wings

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk in hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  • Simmer 2–3 min, stirring.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve in a white ceramic bowl with parsley, hot sauce, wings, and blue cheese.
