Ingredients

–4 lbs chicken wings

tbsp
baking powder
1
tsp
kosher salt
½
tsp
garlic powder
Sauce: ⅔ cup Frank’s RedHot
½
cup
butter
Vinegar + Worcestershire
Instructions
Pat wings dry.
Toss with baking powder + seasonings.
Optional: refrigerate uncovered 8–24 hrs.
Bake at 425°F on a rack 40–50 min, flip halfway.
Toss in warm sauce.
Serve with ranch + celery.
