Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cream soda chilled
  • ¼ cup butterscotch syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp butter extract optional
  • 1 cup heavy cream for topping
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar for topping
  • Optional: Whipped cream caramel sauce
  • Suggested Pairings: Shortbread cookies hot cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream soda, butterscotch syrup, vanilla, and butter extract in a pitcher.
  • Whisk heavy cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness of the base.
  • Pour into clear glass or white ceramic mugs; top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with caramel; serve with cookies, cocoa.

Notes

  • Use chilled cream soda for the best results.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 days; don’t freeze.
