- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 anchovy fillets minced (or 1 tsp anchovy paste)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp water
- Optional: Parmesan lemon wedge
- Suggested Pairings: Romaine lettuce croutons
Blend mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, anchovies, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Drizzle in olive oil while blending.
