  • 2 12.5 oz cans chicken, drained

  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup halved grapes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted almonds
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Optional: Lettuce croissants
  • Suggested Pairings: Iced tea crackers

Instructions
 

  • Flake drained the chicken in a bowl.
  • Whisk mayo, Dijon, lemon, salt, and pepper.
  • Add celery, grapes, onion, nuts, and dill.
  • Fold in dressing gently.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
