Instructions
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt until smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Form into a ball using plastic wrap; chill 1 hour.
Roll in chopped pecans to coat.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, crackers, and wine.
Notes
Chill thoroughly before coating.
Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze uncoated for 1 month.
