Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: Parsley extra nuts
  • Suggested Pairings: Crackers white wine

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • Form into a ball using plastic wrap; chill 1 hour.
  • Roll in chopped pecans to coat.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, crackers, and wine.

  • Chill thoroughly before coating.
  • Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze uncoated for 1 month.
