Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F; grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Cook beef and onion in a skillet until browned, 5–7 minutes; drain fat.
Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire; taste and adjust seasoning.
Spread beef in a pie dish; add ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese.
Whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs; pour over beef mixture.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
Cool 5–10 minutes; serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley.
Notes
Drain fat for a lighter pie.
Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try a vegetarian or spicy variation.
