Instructions
Mix meat layer; press into a 9×13 dish.
Bake 25 min at 375°F; drain fat.
Boil and mash potatoes with cheese.
Spread potatoes over meat; top with more cheese.
Optional ketchup glaze.
Bake 20–25 min until golden.
Rest 10 min; serve in a white ceramic dish.
Notes
Drain fat for the best texture.
Store in fridge 4 days or freeze 3 months.
