- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan optional
- Optional: Fresh parsley black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp oil and half the spices; spread on a baking sheet. Toss green beans with 1 tbsp oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; spread on sheet.
Rub chicken with 1 tbsp oil and remaining spices. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Place on sheet.
Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is 165°F and potatoes are tender. Add Parmesan in the last 5 minutes if using.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, pepper, salad, and iced tea.
