Chicken Green Beans and Potatoes Recipe: Hearty and Savory

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley black pepper
  • Suggested Pairings: Side salad iced tea

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp oil and half the spices; spread on a baking sheet. Toss green beans with 1 tbsp oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; spread on sheet.
  • Rub chicken with 1 tbsp oil and remaining spices. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Place on sheet.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is 165°F and potatoes are tender. Add Parmesan in the last 5 minutes if using.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, pepper, salad, and iced tea.

  • Use even-sized ingredients for uniform cooking.
  • Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
