:

soy sauce

oyster sauce

hoisin sauce

sesame oil

low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
Cook noodles; drain and rinse.
Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10–15 minutes.
Whisk sauce ingredients; taste and adjust.
Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil for 4–5 min; remove.
Stir-fry vegetables, garlic, ginger, and scallion whites in 1 tbsp oil 3–4 min.
Add chicken, noodles, and sauce; toss 2–3 min.
Serve in white ceramic bowls with scallions, sesame seeds, egg rolls, and tea.
Notes
Use fresh noodles for the best texture.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze (no noodles) for 2 months.
Try a vegan or spicy variation.
Pair with broccoli.
