Creamy, crunchy chicken pasta salad with fresh veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 3 cups cooked chicken diced
  • cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta; rinse cold.
  • Dice chicken and veggies.
  • Whisk creamy dressing.
  • Toss everything together.
  • Chill 2+ hours (overnight is best).
  • Serve cold.
