Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley tahini sauce
  • Suggested Pairings: Pita bread tzatziki

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices; marinate chicken 1–8 hours.
  • Taste and adjust marinade seasoning.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet 5–6 min per side.
  • Slice chicken; assemble with tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, tahini, pita, and tzatziki.

  • Marinate overnight for the best flavor.
  • Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
  • Try a vegetarian or spicy variation.
  • Pair with hummus.
