Instructions
Mix yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices; marinate chicken 1–8 hours.
Taste and adjust marinade seasoning.
Cook chicken in a skillet 5–6 min per side.
Slice chicken; assemble with tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, tahini, pita, and tzatziki.
