Instructions
Toss chicken with salt, pepper, spices, 1 tbsp oil; let sit 10 min.
Taste and adjust spice mix.
Cook chicken in a skillet with 1 tbsp oil for 6–8 min; add lime juice.
Warm tortillas; assemble with chicken, tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with cilantro, lime, salsa, and beer.
Notes
Slice chicken thinly for even cooking.
Store chicken in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
