Chipotle Marinade:

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
chopped

tbsp
adobo sauce

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
lime juice

tbsp
honey

cloves
garlic
minced

ground cumin

tsp
smoked paprika

tsp

Chicken:
4
boneless
skinless chicken breasts
Cooking:

olive oil
Optional: Cilantro
lime wedges

Instructions
Blend chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, spices. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Marinate chicken in mixture for 1–6 hours in fridge.
Grill or sear chicken in oil over medium-high heat, 5–7 minutes per side (165°F internal). Rest 5 minutes.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with cilantro, lime, rice, and margarita.
Notes
Marinate longer for bolder flavor.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
Try low-spice or vegan variations.
