Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: Fresh berries cocoa powder
  • Suggested Pairings: Granola coffee

Instructions
 

  • Whisk chia seeds, milk, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness.
  • Rest 5 min, whisk again.
  • Divide into ramekins or jars; chill 4 hours.
  • Garnish with berries, cocoa; serve with granola, coffee.
