- 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup light brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Optional: Extra chocolate chips powdered sugar

Heat-treat flour at 350°F for 5–7 minutes; cool.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 2–3 minutes until fluffy.
Add milk, vanilla, and salt; mix. Add flour, mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Taste and adjust the sweetness with sugar or salt.
Chill for 15–30 minutes. Serve in a white ceramic bowl with chocolate chips, powdered sugar, milk, and strawberries.
