- Dry Cocoa Mix makes ~4 cups / 12–15 servings:
- 2 cups 200 g unsweetened cocoa
- 1½ cups 300 g sugar
- 1 cup 120 g powdered milk
- ½ cup 50 g powdered creamer
- 1 tsp salt
- To Serve 8 cups:
- 8 cups 1.9 L whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Toppings choose 8–12:
- Mini marshmallows
- Peppermint crunch
- Chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
- Cinnamon sticks
- Sprinkles
Whisk dry mix; store in jar.
Heat milk + 1 cup dry mix + vanilla (stovetop or slow cooker LOW).
Whip cream with sugar + flavor; chill.
Arrange toppings in jars with labels.
Ladle cocoa; let guests customize.
